At the same time, Usje joined efforts with local universities to promote environmental training and awareness building by participating and supporting conferences,  where new developments in a local as well as in an international level were presented. Contractors and suppliers had the opportunity to participate in the training activities with their employees and benefit from sharing of know- how, experience and best practice in respect to environmental challenges and opportunities to continuous improvement.
