Group Performance by Region and Country

During the summer months of 2012, 145 university students and pupils near the Alexandria, Beni Suef and TCE’s Head Officeplants were given internships to help familiarize them with the opportunities that exist for careers in the cement industry. During the internship, all the interns participated in the following, structured program. First, a comprehensive safety induction was delivered before the interns started their training. Then, arrangements and communication were undertaken by the training and development department with relevant coordination from the department manager. Finally, by end of the assigned period, the interns presented a power point presentation or report about the outcome that he/she received as learning results to the department head, while a copy wasalso provided to the Training Department which accordingly issued students with a certificate of completion.
