For TITAN meeting and maintaining high standards, even under the challenging circumstances faced currently in Egypt, is a way to be sustainable and ready to turn risks to opportunities.

In 2012, the internal training workshops related to corporate values and the way applied through policies and practices continued and a total of nine sessions were implemented with 115 participants who attended relevant workshops and participated in activities like mapping, developing and filling a questionnaire and a drawing competition.

Moreover, the updated Group “Code of Conduct” was communicated to all employees, in English and Arabic. All available means were used to secure that all employees will be aware of TITAN’s principles and standards. The dissemination program started in September 2012 and it was followed by awareness workshops that are planned to take place throughout 2013. The anticipated result of these efforts is to help each employee to understand what is expected of him or her while on the job.
