Continuous improvement of our employees is a long-term and on-going effort. In 2012, TITAN Usje continued to implement a variety of vocational training programs focused on building and further improving leadership and managerial skills, as well as competencies that strengthen professional and individual capacity and perspectives. Topics covered in the course of 2012 include, Finance for executives-Growing by Acquisitions, Negotiations Skills: Internal Company Negotiations, The Power of Branding: Managing Your Company’s Most Critical Asset and Change Management Training.
Both middle and top management employees also enrolled in the STEP E-Learning Program designed by Harvard Business E-Learning “Essential Leader”.
