Turnover for Titan Cement S.A. stood at €221 million in 2012, posting a 2% increase compared to 2011, while EBITDA stood at €38 million, posting an 8% decline. The Company’s net result in 2012 was a €16 million loss, a €2 million increase compared to 2011.
The Board of Directors of Titan Cement S.A., has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 14th June, 2013, the non-distribution of dividend for fiscal year 2012.
