Group Performance by Region and Country

As part of efforts to enhance transparency and employee engagement, the first Communication Day of Usje was organized on 27 June 2012 in the M6 Educational Center. About 70 employees from all departments were present.

The main objective of the initiative was to inform employees about the Company and Group achievements, as well as how global trends affect company operations.

Usje management and representatives from TITAN Group headquarters, informed employees present about the current state of play in a number of areas, such as trends in the worldwide cement industry, economic developments in Europe and the region, efforts made in the area of environmental protection, as well as health and safety initiatives.

At the end of the day-long event, employees with 10, 20, 30, 35 and 40 years of service were presented with jubilee awards.
