Significant achievements also continued regarding health and safety with no LTI for almost two years in operations in Turkey. Following TITAN Group priorities in respect to meeting high safety standards, efforts are directed to transfer know-how, best practice and experience in co-operation with the local management team that is led by business partners of local origin.
The introduction of TITAN’s standards in corporate social responsibility and sustainable development is improving step by step, following the positive outcomes recorded the last two years in both safety and environmental performance.
Including corporate social responsibility in the 2013 action plan, the local management team is expected to appoint a new delegate for the CSR Liaison Delegates Network of TITAN Group.
